Woman driving 80 mph in a 45 mph zone causes fatal crash, police say

Attorney Domingo Garcia is a personal injury attorney fighting for the rights of Texas injury victims.

Around 5pm on Tuesday one person was killed, and another passenger seriously injured after a car t-boned another car going nearly 80 mph. The speed limit is being reported as only 45 mph at the intersection crash site near W. Green Oaks Blvd and Lee Drive.

It is being said that the driver of a Porsche Cayenne was street racing with another vehicle when it crashed into an Accord. The impact of the crash caused the Accord to slam into a telephone pole.

The driver who caused this accident only received minor injuries. According to initial reports it looks like she will be charged with two counts of racing on a highway causing serious bodily injury or death.
